Charlie Sullivan has taken Springfield College to new heights in men's volleyball.
On this episode of Coach Your Brains Out, the guys are happy to welcome the head coach of the Springfield College men's volleyball team, Charlie Sullivan. Charlie has been the head coach at Springfield College for the past 20 years and most recently won his tenth Division III Championship in 2017, as well as receiving the USA Volleyball All-Time Great Contemporary Coach Award in 2015. Charlie and the crew discuss his approach to talking with his team before games and during timeouts in order to have them ready to compete at the highest level.
